Initial Client Meetings: We will listen to the client’s requirements, understanding their needs and discussing their budget. The meeting will be followed up in writing with: A memorandum of understanding, an estimate, a high level project plan and the next steps.
If planning permission is required architects plans can be draw up and permission sought.
Depending on the size and nature of the project plans for Building Control can be drawn up and issued to Building Control for approval.
Once approval (if required) is achieved work can commence.
With regular meetings, the client is always up to date with progression of the project and kept involved with how their home is developing.
Your project contact will keep you updated regularly, keep the job running smoothly and remove any unnecessary stress from yourselves from start to completion.
